New App - Bit Grid for iPad

I've been pretty busy recently, but I finally released a new app. It's been out for a few weeks now, but I've only just now updated the site. Life's crazy sometimes.
Anyway, Bit Grid was an extension of the Spreadsheet Circuit Board project I did a while back. It hit me one day that something like that would make a great app, so I started to think about it, and it all began to take shape in my head. Over the course of many weeks, I kept adding to it and adding to it until I had a program I was pleased with.
It was more challenging than anything before (or at least parts of it were). The worst was the whole drawing mechanisms in iOS. I hadn't realized just how processor-expensive the drawing was until I ran it on a device and got a significant lag time. Enter threads! I hadn't done too much with threads before this project, and there are many things in iOS that are not thread-safe. But I managed to get through those problems and made the interface much quicker.
One of the cool things about Bit Grid is the ability to share projects that you create. Just use the document sharing functionality inside iTunes to get your projects on and off.
That's it for now. I will say that I'm working on a game app at the moment, and I think it will be pretty cool. Keep watching for more updates.
